Eliminated due to INF treaty ?

Max range of this system was 480 km with 9M714V missile but INF treaty demanded destruction of systems with 500 to 5.500 km range. So obviously the reason was different. 89.176.48.138 00:34, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It was eliminated by the INF Treaty but not because of its technical limitations. I have added some information on this, with references. --Mr.98 (talk) 16:02, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
